Freeform Knitting
This is my first attempt at Freeform Knitting. I started with a diamond shape and then just picked up stitches from the shape and knitted off in all directions, Very addictive. I used all odds of wool and incorporated gold embroidery threads. I then backed it with some dyed cheescloth and embellished it on my BabyLock. It is very soft and very warm, just right for this cold winter.

I love this idea. I'm not a good knitter, just learned this year after 100 attempts but with the freeform, I think I can do this.
Go for it, it is great fun and uses up all sorts of ends of wool.
